Olympic Weightlifting PB Night!

One for your diaries! Members we have our 1st Olympic Weightlifting PB night 30th May 2014 6-9pm at Bristol Sports Centre (soon to be called MyGym). Will be good to see as many of you there to set your PBs. We will look to hold a PB night every 6 weeks, so we can all keep progress in check.

    remarks on this page Olympic Weightlifting PB Night!
    | Bristol Weightlifting Club. I do have a couple of questions for you
    if you tend not to mind. Is it only me or do some of the
    responses appear like they are left by brain dead individuals?
    😛 And, if you are posting at other social sites, I’d
    like to keep up with anything new you have to post.
    Could you post a list of all of all your social networking pages
    like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?

      well, technically he CANNOT build msulce if he doesnt include weight lifting. He can do some pushups and pull ups. And lots and lost of crunches butt, to get his chest and abs really leand and muscly he DEFENATELy NEEDS to include weights good luckPS: by doing pushups and pull ups he’ll be using his own weight but it’ll get to the point in which he wont feel a nice work out from it if he doesnt add weight to he’s work out, so the msulce will stop growing. what i mean is, that he’ll get to build some msulce but just to a point.

    Thanks for your interest in PFCF! It’s very sipmle to get started. Pick a time to come in that works best for you. We are not as busy before 4pm, but anytime will work. We will take you through a warm up and then a baseline WOD (workout of the day). From there we will put you through a cool down and take it from there.
